In addition to raising quality cutting horses, Ernst Ranch is home to several boarded horses. We are a private facility with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with room for well mannered horses.
For active horses and owners, the ranch has many riding opportunities including a large outdoor arena, lighted indoor arena, as well as nearby trails and fields around the ranch. Clients enjoy clean and well-kept facilities and have peace of mind knowing their horses are attended to 24 hours a day, with daily stall cleaning and feeding 3 times per day.
Retirement packages are also available for your senior horse to live out it's best life possible in a beautiful, peaceful setting and enjoy individual paddocks and turnouts with the company of other senior horses.
We are passionate about providing the best care for our horses and our clients horses in a clean, safe and enjoyable environment.

DR Bernie Rey is a flashy gelding that naturally has those "Dual Smart Rey" moves! He was the champion of the 2021 Cascades Futurity Non-Pro ranch raised incentive and is starting off 2022 in NCHA non-pro derby classes.

Maga Hot aka. Magnum, is a flashy sorrel son of NCHA Hall of Fame sire Spots Hot, NCHA Open Futurity Champion, sire of an Open Futurity Champion, and sire of some of the hottest horses in the cutting horse industry. Magnum has a lot of eye appeal and is an open-caliber NCHA prospect. Trained by Wes Ashlock.
